Becoming a Textile Artist

The inspiration for my work has always been nature and natural products. I love working with plant dyes, natural fleece and handmade papers. I have recently been influenced by vintage cotton bobbins and how I can use these to create natural textile lengths using eco-dyed prints and embellished with hand and machine embroidery.
